Refund & Returns

We will accept change of mind returns or exchange within 10 days of you receiving your goods, providing the product is unused, in its original packaging and accompanied by a receipt. We do not accept returns after the 10 day period.  We do not accept change of mind returns on sale items or on our candle or crystal ranges due to their delicate nature.

Returned items will be refunded the full purchase price excluding delivery charges upon safe arrival of the goods. We are more than happy to offer a store credit for any returned goods.

Shipping costs incurred will not be refunded and the cost of returning the goods will be paid by the customer. We recommend using a trackable or signed-for delivery service such as registered post, as we cannot provide a store-credit or refund until the item has been received in good order. Refunds cannot be given if goods arrive damage or lost in transit.

If you would like to return your purchase please contact us and let us know why you wish to return the product.  Email us at  and provide the following details:

  • your order number and the date of your order
  • your contact details including full name, address, phone number and email
  • a description of the problem with photographic evidence
  • request an exchange, store credit or refund.


Once a refund is approved, please allow 7-10 days for the refund to be processed.

Refund will be returned through the type of payment method in which you made the original payment.   We will notify you once the refund has processed.
