Shipping Policy

All prices quoted on our website are in Australian dollars and subject to change.

Australia Wide Shipping

We offer Free shipping on all purchases over $150.00

Standard Flat rate shipping of $10.00 is applied to all purchases less than $150.00

We also offer express rate shipping with a flat rate of $23.50. Free shipping over $150.00 does not apply to express shipping.

Delivery times can vary depending on Australia Post but standard shipping usually arrives within 5-7 days of shipping. Express shipping usually arrives within 1-5 days.

We attempt to process and ship all orders within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Once parcels are shipped, transit times are beyond our control, if you have concerns about the time taken for delivery or non-receival of parcels please contact us at  info@emiliegrayson.com.au. We will do all we can to assist.

Please note we do not deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel lockers.
