How to use your cleansing pack.

White Sage Smudge Stick

Smudge with white sage first to clear and cleanse your space, this will move stale and negative energies from your space. If you are cleansing your house, be sure to get into all the nooks and crannies of your room.  

If you're cleansing your crystals, be sure to hold your crystals above the smudge stick so all that smokey goodness coats your crystal. 

When you are finished with your white sage, simply wet the tip to extinguish the smoke or tap in a fire proof bowl until all the embers are out and let dry in a dry place away from the reach of children then store in a cold, dry place until the next time you need your space or crystal cleansed.

Palo Santo (Holy Wood)

Paolo Santo is used to bring positive energy back to your space and crystals as well as a great remedy to aid stress and anxiety.  It is important that when using / cleansing with Palo Santo that, as you are cleansing your space or crystals that you are thinking or saying out loud all your positive intentions. 

Palo Santo is great to use before meditation to ensure that you are meditating in a cleansed space to ensure that you get the most out of mediation sessions.

When finished cleansing your space place your Palo Santo in a fire proof bowl and allow the embers to burn out.  Ensure that the embers are completely out before leaving the room and always ensure to keep out or reach of children.
